Imaging Facility
The Cell and Systems Biology Imaging Facility is a service laboratory that provides instruction and support for researchers studying plants and animals using light, confocal, or electron microscopy. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments which includes a spectral confocal microscope, two conventional confocal microscopes, a spinning disk confocal, a transmission electron microscope, a scanning electron microscope, a laser microdissection system, an inverted fluorescence microscope, a stereofluorescence microscope (all of which are capable of generating high quality digital images), and ancillary equipment for specimen preparation. For further details, please contact Henry Hong at henry [dot] hong (at)utoronto [dot] ca or (416) 978-4559.
The Imaging Facility (Room 022) is located in the basement (Level G) of CSB.
